Canola (Brassica napus) is used in food, chemical and animal industry.
There is more than 22 thousand hectares in Ukraine, on which canola is grown. Canola is well adapted to the conditions of the regions of Ukraine.
Canola can be considered as the most widespread oilseed crop. In the composition of canola the oil content reaches a record 50%. It also contains 30% protein, 7% fiber and 25% nitrogen-free substances.
